Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Kashiverse ("we", "us") for your use of the Arrow Puzzle app. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

You can play as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Guest progress is tied to your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data.

4. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the Google Play terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its puzzles, except where the law allows it;
• use cheats, bots or automated tools, or interfere with the app's servers or security;
• click ads you are not genuinely interested in, or otherwise generate fake ad views or clicks;
• use the app in any unlawful way.

6. Ads and rewards

The app shows ads. Some features let you choose to watch a video ad in return for an in-game reward, such as an extra hint or an extra life. Rewards have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and are available only when an ad can be shown. We do not guarantee that ads or rewards will always be available.

7. Game progress

Your progress and settings are stored on your device. We are not responsible for progress lost because of uninstalling the app, clearing its data, changing devices or resetting progress.

8. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, puzzles, graphics and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you any ownership rights.

9. Third-party services

The app uses services from Google, including Firebase and AdMob. Your use of those services may also be subject to Google's terms and policies.

10. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the app, its levels or features at any time. We may also update these terms; we will change the effective date above, and continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Termination

You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

12. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
