Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Arrow Puzzle ("the app", "we", "us") is published by Kashiverse. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at kashiverseventures@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information

• Guest play: when you choose "Play as Guest", Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous user ID. No name, email or phone number is collected.
• Google sign-in: if you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your Google account's name, email address and profile photo through Firebase Authentication.
• Profile record: we keep a profile in Google Cloud Firestore containing your user ID, whether you are a guest, your display name, your profile photo link and the time of your last sign-in.

Game data stored on your device

Your level progress, completed levels, and settings (sound, haptics, grid) are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers and are removed if you clear the app's data or uninstall it.

Usage and device information

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used, for example sign-ins and screens visited. Firebase may collect an app instance ID, device model, operating system version, app version, language, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Advertising

The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded videos. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, device information and your interactions with ads, to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure their performance and prevent fraud. Depending on your consent and device settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

Location

Arrow Puzzle does not request location permission and never accesses your device's precise (GPS) location. Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob may infer your approximate location, such as your country or city, from your IP address, for analytics, ad delivery and fraud prevention.

3. How we use information

• To sign you in and keep your profile.
• To show ads that keep the game free, and to deliver the rewards you choose to watch ads for.
• To understand usage, fix problems and improve the game.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Third-party services

We rely on these Google services, which process data under their own policies:

• Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Firebase Analytics — Firebase privacy information
• Google AdMob — How Google uses information from apps that use its services

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above so they can operate the app for us, or when required by law.

6. Consent and your choices

• You can play as a guest without providing personal details.
• If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. Where this applies, you can change your choice anytime in the app under Settings → Privacy settings.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your Android device settings.
• You can reset your game progress in Settings → Reset progress.
• You can ask us to delete your account and data, as described on our account deletion page.

7. Data retention

We keep your account and profile record while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your Firebase Authentication account and your Firestore profile within 30 days. Data processed by Firebase Analytics and AdMob is retained according to Google's retention settings and policies.

8. Children

Arrow Puzzle is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

Data sent between the app and Google's services is encrypted in transit. Access to your profile record is limited to your own signed-in account. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. International transfers

Google may process and store data on servers outside your country. Where required, such transfers are protected by Google's safeguards.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above, and for significant changes we will provide notice in the app or on this page.
